2. Complete Roof Inspection – Should our professional teams find Cracked or Broken tile; we Seal them with tile compound that lasts the life of your roof. If asphalt or other roofing systems-ensure there are no exposed areas of concern.
3. SoftWash – Our customized surfactants are first Sprayed on your roof to dislodge unappealing and damaging mold & fungus. Most importantly, we then perform a Soft Wash technique to thoroughly rinse off the cleaning solution and debris that IF left on can dry out expensive roofing systems.
4. Organic Mold Power – is then applied to your roofing system and serves a dual purpose. Conditioning your tile to keep it from drying out while also inhibiting the real problem of mold and fungus at the root, not just at surface level. This ensures a longer lasting roof that stays cleaner for a much longer period.
5. Ensure there is no residue left on your Facia & Soffit at the edge of the roof – walls from our cleaning process.
6. Spray the plants down a second time – with our protective solution. Even with the highest degree of protection plants & foliage may brown at the edges. They always fully recover.
7. Apply Roof Sealer – this increases the longevity of your roof – will give it a new refreshing look – will keep fungus & mold growth from appearing for a much longer period of time.
